Imprints explores the body as imprint, memory, and inheritance. The work stems from Runarsdotter’s family history and the discovery of a hereditary genetic condition passed through generations. Through analogue photograms, she reflects on illness, ageing, genetic knowledge, and the limits of what can be predicted or controlled.
